1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.

|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product or damaged items, please contact customer service within 5 days.|
|Returns - Damaged Items - Refund Policy|
Your satisfaction on every purchase is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The return shipping cost is customers' responsibility. Personalized items are not eligible for refund.
We only can accept returns for the full order, no partial returns. We do not refund shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: Please contact customer service for the return instructions. Returns without an authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged/Missing Items: Please report them within 5 days. We will replace damaged/missing items at no cost to you. For our glassware favors we only can offer a refund.
For damaged items please send us a picture (just reply to the order confirmation) in order for us to show them to our supplier and expedite your credit or replacement.

|When will my order ship?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.|
